Masks/face shields are not required outside (including when competing in outdoor search areas) as long as you are able to be a reasonable distance away from others including the judge.
Please practice social distancing consistent with current guidelines and avoid congregating to the extent possible.

Billings K9 Coaching is located on the same property as Mountain West Storage. You will enter through a private gate at 2815 S 48th Street west. Use gate code (57214) to enter and follow the orange cones back to the parking area. Please DRIVE SLOW. The arena is 3 miles from Billings Shiloh Crossing where you can choose from numerous restaurants and retail shopping.
Searches will be indoors and outdoors, dependent on entry counts.

Online Entry – Due to COVID-19, online entry will not be available for these trials. Snail mail or hand delivered entries only. Checks will not be deposited until after pre-entry closing in case there are any changes due to government/sanctioning body/AKC Club restrictions or cancellations. Matrix Dog will NOT cancel the show unless forced to by another entity.
Entries must be made via the paper entry form (last page of the premium) and sent via snail mail or dropped off to the secretary’s address listed in the premium. It is illegal to leave entries in the USPS mailbox without proper postage. If you drop them off at the secretary’s address, please put them in the small milk box on the front porch and email/text that they are there. DO NOT drop off/mail entries to Matrix!
Running Order – will be available at the trial. See the Welcome Letter for pre-entry counts and estimated class schedule.
WAITLIST INFORMATION:
We do not currently have a waitlist for these trials. If you need to pull you may receive a refund/credit as per the policy listed in the premium.
