Please note that your entry is NOT considered received until we get payment IN FULL. Entries are entered into the system in the order PAYMENT is received.
After hitting “submit” at the bottom of this page you will be taken to PayPal checkout screen. If you have multiple dogs you can submit the form multiple times (just hit the back button) but submit payment just once (after the final dog). Add up ALL the fees for ALL your dogs and enter that amount on the next screen (PayPal) under the “item price” field in the left column.
