I am sending out initial confirmations every few days for snail mail, online, and dropped off entries. Please check spam and then contact me if you don’t see yours!
Saturday is currently FULL for upper level classes (Detective, Excellent, Master). If you’d like to be added to the waitlist for any of those, submit a paper entry with payment (check/cash). Online entry is still available for everything else, though the upper level classes are getting close to filling for Friday and Sunday so if you’d like a spot in those get your entry in ASAP!
If you don’t already, be sure to check the Matrix Dog and Front Range Scent Work Club Facebook pages (you don’t need to have an account to view them) for updates.

It is a Federal Offense to leave entries in the USPS mailbox without proper postage. If you drop them off at the secretary’s address, please put them in the small silver milk box on the front porch and email/text that they are there. DO NOT drop off/mail entries to Matrix! No hand delivered entries within the first 24 hours of opening.
Online Entry – NOW OPEN! As of 3/13/24 Saturday upper levels (Detective, Excellent, Master) are currently FULL and on waitlist status. Submit a paper entry with payment (cash/check) in order to be added to the waitlist for those. Friday and Sunday upper levels are close to filling.
Entries can also be made via the paper entry form (last page of the premium) and sent via snail mail or dropped off to the secretary’s address listed in the premium. It is illegal to leave entries in the USPS mailbox without proper postage. If you drop them off at the secretary’s address, please put them in the small milk box on the front porch and email/text that they are there. DO NOT drop off/mail entries to Matrix!
Welcome Letter – read for important info including times and class order! Will be posted on/before the Tuesday preceding the trials.
Running Order – will be available at the trial. See the Welcome Letter for pre-entry counts and estimated class schedule.
WAITLIST INFORMATION:
If a day fills and additional entries are received, we’ll take those entries on “waitlist status”. If someone pulls from the trial after pre-entry closing and there is another dog we can move in from the waitlist, the person pulling will receive a refund (see policy in premium) and the dog from the waitlist will move into the trial for the runs that became available. On event day, if there are absent handlers declared prior 7:00am on the day of the trial, waitlisted entries present can be taken to fill those spots. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the completion of the event.
In order to be added to the waitlist you MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM and PAY IN FULL. You will receive confirmation of your entry that states your entries are “WAITLISTED”. Please keep an eye on your email as your status can change quickly!
