Jen actively trains and competes with her dogs in dog sports and they have many titles and accomplishments.  Dottie currently competes in agility, flyball, conformation, barn hunt, herding, lure coursing, scent work, rally and dock diving. She also enjoys hiking, swimming and the outdoors!

Flyball:

Neisa: FDGCh in NAFA flyball (over 30,000 points)
Darcy: FG80K in NAFA flyball (over 80,000 points)
Tyler: HOBBES in NAFA flyball (over 100,000 points)
Dottie: FG50K in NAFA flyball (over 50,000 points)

Neisa, Darcy, Tyler and Dottie were a part of Mile High Velocity’s Division 12 Championship Team at the 2016 NAFA CanAm Flyball Nationals.  Neisa, Darcy, and Tyler were also a part of Mile High Velocity’s Division 10 Finals Team at the 2014 NAFA CanAM Flyball Nationals.  Dottie was a part of BC Boomerang’s Division 7 Championship Team at the 2022 NAFA CanAM Flyball Nationals.

Agility:

Neisa was Jen’s “Novice A” dog (first agility dog).  In AKC agility, Neisa earned her MACH 6. She was the #1 Australian Cattle Dog for 2012 AKC Agility and the #1 Australian Cattle Dog for the 2013 AKC Agility Invitational Qualifying Period. In 2012 and 2013 she was invited to and competed in the AKC Agility Invitational in Orlando, Florida. They also competed in the 2012 (Reno), 2013 (Tulsa) and 2015 (Reno) AKC Agility Nationals. Neisa also had numerous other agility titles in AKC, DOCNA, UKC, NADAC, and USDAA.

Darcy and Tyler also competed in DOCNA, NADAC and USDAA agility and had titles with all three organizations.

Dottie is Jen’s current agility dog.  She earned her AGCH (Agility Grand Championship) on Nov 27, 2021.  The AGCH requires 100 Master Jumper Q’s, 100 Master Standard Q’s, 75 T2B Q’s, 75 FAST Q’s, 50 Premier Standard Q’s, and 50 Premier Jumper Q’s.  She is the first Danish Swedish Farmdog to earn that title.  She earned her AGCH2 on May 17, 2025 (two times the requirements for the AGCH!).

Dottie also has her MACH8 (Master Agility Championship) title and her PACH2 (Preferred Agility Championship) titles.

Dottie has received invites to and competed in the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 AKC Agility Invitational in Orlando, Florida.  Dottie was the #1 Regular Danish Swedish Farmdog for 2019 and 2021 AKC Agility and the #1 Danish Swedish Farmdog for the 2019 AKC Agility Invitational Qualifying Period.   She also won the 2017, 2020, 2023, and 2024 AKC Agility Invitational Top Danish Swedish Farmdog Medallions.  She was the first Danish Swedish Farmdog to be awarded a medallion and the first DSF to earn two medallions.  She now has four agility medallions and one conformation medallion!

Dottie earned and accepted an invite to the 2020 AKC Agility Nationals in Perry, GA but it was cancelled.  She earned and accepted an invite to the 2021 AKC Agility Nationals in Tulsa, OK where she finished #16 out of 117 dogs in the 12″ Regular class.  She earned an invite to the 2022 AKC Agility Nationals in Ocala, FL but did not accept.  She earned and accepted an invite to the 2023 AKC Agility Nationals in Tulsa, OK where she finished #19 out of 241 dogs in the 12″ Regular class.  She earned and accepted an invite to the 2024 AKC Agility Nationals in Perry, GA where she finished #24 out of 146 dogs in the 12″ Regular class.  Dottie earned and accepted an invite to the 2025 AKC Agility Nationals in Tulsa, OK.

In December 2020 she earned 1st Place for the Inaugural Lisa Bisbee Memorial Premier Cup 12″ Division and 2nd Place Overall across all heights (NJ).  In November 2022 she won the Iron Dog Competition held by the Hutchinson Kennel Club in Kansas by having the highest score over 4 days across all heights. In May 2023 she won the Time 2 B Fast competition held by Kruisin’ Kanines Agility in Pennsylvania by having the highest score across all heights.

Dottie competed in agility at the 2020 Westminster Dog Show (in NYC at the Pier), the 2022 Westminster Dog Show (in Tarrytown, NY at Lyndhurst Mansion), the 2023 & 2024 Westminster Dog Show (in Queens, NY at Billie Jean King Tennis Center), and the 2025 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show (at Javits Center in Manhattan, NYC) where she went to finals and earned 7th place!

As of August 2025 she has the following additional agility titles: MXC2 PDC MJS3 PJC MXPB MJPB PAX2 MFS2 TQX T2B10.

Barn Hunt:

Dottie has her RATI (Instinct), RATN (Novice), RATO (Open), RATS (Senior), RATM (Master), RATCH (Barn Hunt Champion), RATCHX (Barn Hunt Champion X), and RATCHX2-70 (Barn Hunt Champion X 2, 3, 4, 5, etc) titles.  She also has her CZ8P15 title (30,000+ points).

Dottie competed in the 2022 Barn Hunt National and finished as the #2 Small Dog, #9 Versatility (Overall), and #16 Courses (Overall) out of 183 dogs.  She went 7/7 and earned a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in the individual rounds.

Dottie competed in the 2023 Barn Hunt National and I need to look up the results from that. 😉

Dottie competed in the 2024 Barn Hunt National and finished as the overall #3 Small Dog going 6/7 and earning a 1st place in Course 1 and a 1st place in Course 4.

Ivy started barn hunt in January 2024 at 6 months old and earned her RATI, RATN, and RATO titles in her first weekend of trialing.  She quickly climbed the ranks earning her RATCH in time to enter Barn Hunt Nationals (by May 31).  At the 2024 Barn Hunt National she earned one 4th place and one 3rd place and through one green baby dog error didn’t make finals – but we have high hopes for next year!  She is currently a RATCHX7 and has her CZ8PG title (3500+ points).

Darcy had her RATI (Instinct), RATN (Novice), RATO (Open), RATS (Senior), RATM (Master), RATCH (Barn Hunt Champion) and RATCHX (Barn Hunt Champion X) titles.

Conformation

Dottie has her AKC Certificate of Merit (FSS Championship), UKC Championship, a National and International Senior Puppy Championship, a National and International Junior Puppy Championship, an American Rare Breed Association Junior Championship, and a UCI Championship (INTL EHREN CH).

In 2021, Danish Swedish Farmdogs were eligible to show in the AKC National Championship in Orlando, FL for the first time.  Dottie was awarded the first Best of Opposite for the breed and was the first Danish Swedish Farmdog to earn AKC medallions in multiple sports.

While in Miscellaneous, Ivy earned her CM2 along with being awarded Four Best in Open Show, Seven Miscellaneous Group 1, and Fifteen Best in Miscellaneous.

In 2025 as a fully recognized AKC breed, Ivy was the first Danish Swedish Farmdog with a group placement and has so far been awarded four OHG4 placements, one OHG3 placement, and one OHG2 placement (in a group of 19 different breeds)!  She also was awarded Reserve Winners Bitch in Amana Iowa in a show with 33 other Danish Swedish Farmdogs.  For 2025 she is currently the #2 Owner Handled Danish Swedish Farmdog.

Herding:

Dottie has her AKC HIC (Herding Instinct Certificate), a mHIC (MASCA Herding Instinct Certificate) and one leg towards her AHBA Herding Instinct Certification.

Dock Diving:

Dottie has her Dock Novice Lap Dog title, her Dock Junior Lap Dog and her Dock Junior Lap Dog Excellent titles.

Dottie received an invite for the 2015 North American Dock Diving National Event at the Eukanuba AKC Nationals  in Florida.  In 2017 she received an invite for both SPLASH Dogs National Event in Gardnerville, NV and the North American Dock Diving National Event in Orlando, Florida.  At the 2017 NADD Nationals in Florida she jumped out of the Novice Lap Division and smashed her Personal Best of 5.5′ with a 7′ jump, and then pulled off an 8′ jump to win the Junior Lap Division!  She received invites to the 2018 and 2019 National Championships where she also placed, in addition to the 2020 National Championships (which was cancelled).  In 2021 NADD switched over to a Regional system, and Dottie qualified for the 2021 and 2022 Regionals.

AKC Scent Work:

Dottie earned a Scent Work Detective title in August 2023 and has her overall Scent Work Master title (Container, Exterior, Interior, and Buried).  She has her Master Elite Container, Exterior, Interior, and Buried titles and a Master Elite 2 title.  She has her Master Elite Handler Discrimination title.  Her first AKC Scent Work trials were in October 2019 and she earned her overall Master title in just 21 actual days of trialing!  As of mid-2025 she also has her SWME2 (Scent Work Master Elite 2 which is 23+ qualifying scores in each element) and her SHDME (Scent Work Handler Discrimination Master Elite which is 13+ HD Master qualifying scores).

Ivy has her overall SWE (Scent Work Excellent) title.

UpDog (Disc):

Dottie has her AKC DDB (Disc Dog Bronze) title.  She currently has four Bronze UPs, three Silver UPs, and two Gold UPs.  Dottie qualified for UPDIF 2022.

Lure Coursing:

Dottie has her CA (AKC Coursing Ability Test) title.  For Fast CAT she has her BCAT (150 Fast CAT points), DCAT (500 Fast CAT points), and FCAT1-20  (10,500+ Fast CAT points) titles.

Ivy has her FCAT6 (3000+ Fast CAT points).

Rally:

Dottie has her Rally Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced titles.

Fetch:

Ivy and Dottie both have their AKC Fetch Retriever titles.

Additional Titles:

Dottie has her AKC CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and AKC CGCA (Canine Good Citizen Advanced) which she passed at just shy of 7 months old!

Dottie received her AKC FDC (Farmdog Certified) title in October 2017.

Dottie was awarded her TKN (Trick Dog Novice), TKI (Trick Dog Intermediate), and TKA (Trick Dog Advanced) titles in October 2017.

Dottie has her VHMA (Virtual Home Manners) title, awarded in December 2020.

Ivy has her VHMP (Virtual Home Manners Puppy) title, awarded in 2024.

Dottie has her ATT title, awarded in May 2021.
