Please note that your entry is NOT considered received until we get payment IN FULL. Entries are entered into the system in the order PAYMENT is received.
Note – Fees are lower with a paper entry! There is a credit card processing fee associated with online payments.
If you would like to be a half day or all day dedicated worker to receive vouchers good towards future entries, please let Jen know!

If you are not paying with a credit card, do NOT fill out the online entry! It WILL NOT BE SAVED WITHOUT PAYMENT. There is a paper form in the premium.
Remember, your entry will NOT be entered into our computer system unless followed by payment.
If you have FRSWC vouchers, you must mail in an entry form with your vouchers plus payment of any difference. DO NOT FILL OUT THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM. Payments will not be refunded for vouchers.
Do not leave vouchers/entries at Matrix – mail them to my home address listed in the premium. Thank you!
You will receive an email immediately after payment confirming your entry along with all of the information submitted. Please review that email and let us know ASAP if there are any errors.
